Leger launches CX arm

CANADA – Market research and analytics company Leger has launched a customer experience consulting service, Leger MetriCX.

The team is led by Leger executive vice-president Sandrine Lépinay and Isabelle Blanchet, vice-president of customer experience (pictured).

It will support clients who are implementing customer experience programmes.

The launch of the service, available in Canada, follows Leger joining the Qualtrics Partner Network, which includes the company’s customer experience management platform.

Jean-Marc Léger, president of Leger, said the service would combine “research, designing and deploying VoC programmes, and consulting”.
