CANADA – Canadian-owned market research and analytics company Leger has named William Braün as vice-president, customer experience and implementation solutions.
Braün (pictured) will be the division lead for the firm’s customer experience (CX) team, and will oversee the design, delivery and strategy for its CX tools, including voice of the customer and CX consulting.
Before joining Leger, Braün was vice-president, insights, at Emplifi, which bought his previous firm Iperceptions in July 2020, having spent more than seven-and-a-half years at the business.
Jean-Marc Léger, president at Leger, said: “With 15 years of experience, notably at Iperceptions, William is one of the few CX experts in Canada who combines in-depth technological platform knowledge with implementation, coaching and customer experience consulting.”
