Through the partnership, the companies will combine Adrich’s technology – which offers real-time consumer usage data through ‘smart labels’ – with L&E Research’s qualitative research methodologies.

The companies said incorporating the behavioural tracking data would help clients to ‘bridge memory gaps’ associated with recall-based consumer feedback, and added that brands would benefit from ‘more accurate consumer insights’.

Adrich, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Adrich uses AI and the internet of things (IoT) to inform its platform, using smart trackers, a mobile app and a cloud portal.

Founded in 1984, L&E Research works with clients in sectors including CPG and healthcare, with facilities in several locations in the US.
