US — Directions Research has announced that Jim Lane is its new president and chief marketing officer, taking over from Randy Brooks.
Lane (pictured) has been CMO for the company and Brooks will now take on the role of chairman of the board. Brooks has been founder and president of Directions Research for the past 27 years.
With more than 30 years market research experience, Lane has held roles including: CMO and senior vice-president of business development for Directions Research; senior vice-president of Catalina Marketing; and president and owner of Market Intelligence.
