Kleffmann Group hires new MarketSense MD
Phillips (pictured) was previously vice-president of strategic intelligence at agriculture services company Beck Ag. She also spent nine years at DuPont Pioneer in marketing and general management roles.
In her new role, Phillips will oversee all aspects of the Kleffmann Group’s operations in the US and Canada, including AMIS Panels, AdHoc Research and My Data Plant. She also joins the firm’s global management team.
KG MarketSense founder David Soorholtz, who was previously managing director, will become director of animal health, North America, and global product manager for animal health.
Burkhard Kleffmann, chief executive of Kleffmann Group, said: "Through her experiences, Monica has come to understand both the needs of our customers and how to best support them. Her experience working for and with international companies will help her in her global work at Kleffmann Group.
"With Monica’s expertise in the seed and crop protection markets and David’s in the animal health market, we have two outstanding experts who will strengthen our position not only in North America but throughout the world."
