Kin + Carta realigns its business units

UK – Digital transformation company Kin + Carta has relaunched its business units into three strands and made associated changes to senior management roles.

This realignment in the business will give clients a more integrated suite of strategic, creative, data and technology services under one banner.

The rebrand will allow Kin + Carta to bring 1,600 specialists across four continents closer together, delivering digital services via three integrated pillars: Kin + Carta Advise (previously Advisory), Kin + Carta Create (previously TAB and Solstice) and Kin + Carta Connect (previously AmazeRealise).

Kin + Carta will continue to be headed by CEO J Schwan, with Charlie Wrench as chief connective officer and Chris Kutsor as chief financial officer.

Kelly Manthey will take on the role of group chief executive, Kin + Carta Americas; Richard Neish will become managing director for Kin + Carta Connect, and David Tuck and Stephen Wilson become joint managing directors of Kin + Carta Create, Europe.

Tom Holt, chief executive of Kin + Carta Advise, said: "Our intention is to bring the deep technology and data expertise from across the group into the start of the conversation, enabling the art of the possible to be paired with the art of the profitable. This combination of skills will provide greater clarity to investors and CEOs as they look to transform their businesses into the best digital versions they can be."
