Khoros hires new CEO
Austin-headquartered Khoros was formed from the merger of Lithium and Spredfast in March 2019.
The company’s customer engagement platform is used to manage online communities, analyse performance and connect consumer insights across social media, messaging, and owned channels.
Blaha joins the company from Lone Wolf Technologies, where he was chief executive. Prior to that, he led PeopleAdmin. He succeeds Pete Hess as chief executive.
Blaha said: "By combining Lithium and Spredfast, Khoros set a new standard for what modern customer engagement should look like. I look forward to building on the company’s strong foundation and working with the team to usher in the next phase of Khoros’ growth."
