NETHERLANDS — VINEX, the industry group of online publishers in the Netherlands, and Stichting KijkOnderzoek (SKO), the body responsible for reporting and monitoring viewing behaviour, have expanded their contract with Kantar Media.
The new contract, announced following an alliance between VINEX and SKO, builds on the four-year cross-platform ratings contract awarded to Kantar Media by SKO last year.
According to the announcement, the service will replace the internet measurement contract that has previously been operated by GfK.
Kantar Media will boost the existing panel, which uses technology from both comScore and Kantar Media, by 30% to 5,000 individuals, and will measure online behaviour on browsers and apps across all devices, both streamed and on-demand.
