US— Scott Centurino has been appointed chief operating officer at digital intelligence firm Kantar Media Compete where he will be responsible for expanding the firm’s global footprint and digital measurement offerings.
Centurino’s (pictured) last role was as CEO at social media analytics firm Crimson Hexagon and he previously held management positions at Mobile Messaging Solutions, online media firm Matchmine and ecommerce company Burntsand.
He will report to Compete president Scott Ernst, who said: “Scott has a track record of success in our industry and has worked closely with advertisers, agencies and publishers to develop tools that harness the power of data.
“We’re in a period of tremendous growth at Kantar Media Compete, and Scott’s ability to get teams aligned around common goals and channel their energy makes him the ideal fit for this time in our company’s history.”
Compete launched in the UK this summer, with France to follow in September.
