Kantar Japan appoints new CEO

JAPAN — Kantar has announced the promotion of Hidehiko Otake to CEO of Kantar Japan.

Otake, who was previously COO, replaces Masanori Miyajima, who will be leaving the business.

Kantar CEO Eric Salama said: “I’d like to thank Masanori for all he has done for the business over the past few years. We are fortunate to have Hidehiko in place as his successor.

“As COO, he has had a significant impact on our clients and the business. As CEO, he brings with him an attitude that will enable us to deliver on the high ambitions we have for Kantar Japan.”
