UK – Kantar has named Nadach Musungu as client director, leading on the company’s diversity and inclusion work.
Musungu (pictured) was previously chair of diversity and inclusion at Boden, and has also held roles at online market research community MindMover and as diversity and inclusion lead at Lewisham Council.
At Kantar, Musungu will work with clients to develop and implement strategies to make their workforces more representative, such as through reforming recruitment practices, developing metrics to measure progress and to create more inclusive working environments.
Musungu will also advise Kantar on its own diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Amy Cashman, executive managing director for insights at Kantar UK & Ireland, said: “The corporate environment for businesses is changing. They have to show that they are committed to making genuine advancements on diversity and inclusion to attract talent, secure new work and to achieve legitimacy in the wider public arena.
“With Nadach’s wide-ranging experience, we are ideally placed to help our clients respond to this evolving business landscape, become more representative of society and ultimately to achieve commercial success.”
