Itracks unveils enhanced online qualitative research platform
Itracks GO 2.0 has added branding capabilities, a new video recorder interface and several enhancements to the research suite. The new platform also allows itracks to develop and deploy enhancements across all the qualitative data collection activities and methods.
Dan Weber, itracks CEO (pictured), believes that the new release "is setting the stage for rapid product enhancements in the near future".
"The automation of many of the project management functions will help facilitate reliable recruitment of participants, saving time and costs to conduct qualitative research," he added. "Our team is excited to see the impact of the technology advancements on the qualitative research industry.”
