Itracks rolls out Facebook app to keep panellists connected

CANADA— Online fieldwork firm Itracks has worked with software firm Globalpark to develop a Facebook application that panel members can use to respond to survey opportunities and refer invites to their friends.

Members of Itracks’ Talk Now panel will also be able to use the social network plugin to review their survey history and check point balances.

Company CEO Dan Weber sees the app as a way to keep panellists engaged, particularly those who might be spending less time checking their email.

Weber said: “Connecting with panel members via Facebook and other social media venues is essential to the sustainability of our panels.”
