Itracks launches new feedback and social media tools

CANADA— Itracks, an online qualitative software provider, has developed an advertising and logo design feedback tool called Reality Check and added a social media research offering.

Reality Check involves a three-question survey followed by an online concept testing exercise, with topline findings delivered within five days.

On the social media side, Itracks said its new offering “interprets consumer-speak online” when they discuss brands, issues and trends.
