Irrational Agency expands senior team

UK – Behavioural research consultancy Irrational Agency has made three senior appointments, including Lilla Magony as associate research director.

Magony (pictured) was previously client director at System1 and has worked at creative agencies McCann, DDB, and Innocean.

At Irrational Agency, Magony will strengthen the quantitative team and support growth and clients at the firm.

Adam Warner has also joined as head of marketing, and will help Irrational Agency’s international expansion.

Before joining Irrational Agency, Warner was marketing manager at BritainThinks and has also held roles at Keen as Mustard Marketing and Esomar.

Francis Raho-Jeavons joins as a senior research executive after completing a Master’s in behavioural science, and has previously held positions at Verve.

Leigh Caldwell, founder at Irrational Agency, said: “In a competitive market, talented people have lots of options, so I’m really pleased that Lilla, Adam and Francis have chosen to bring their skills to Irrational Agency.
