UK – IRI, a big data and predictive analytics provider for FMCG manufacturers and retailers, has launched a growth solutions team to support its manufacturer clients.
The team has been set up to support clients across five specific areas: media strategy and optimisation; shopper marketing effectiveness; price and promotions; in-store activation and range optimisation.
Daniel Hunt, who worked at Premier Foods for five years, most recently as commercial planning and execution controller, has been hired to lead the price and promotions practice.
He will be joined by Carl Carter, who will lead the media practice, and Matthew Webster, who will lead on in-store activation and range optimisation.
“With the pace of change in UK FMCG accelerating, the growth solutions team has been created to help IRI’s clients identify and illuminate opportunities that can increase their sales and ROI," said Kieran South, senior vice-president, IRI UK.
"I’m delighted to welcome Daniel to the company and excited that Carl and Matthew will be joining the team with their specialist experience, which I am confident will be of huge benefit to our clients in the future.”
