Ipsos expands senior team in Australia

AUSTRALIA – Ipsos has made two senior appointments to its Australia business, including Michelle Tustin as director – corporate reputation.

Tustin (pictured) will be based in Adelaide and will manage key national clients in the resources and infrastructure sectors and also work in corporate reputation research.

Before joining Ipsos, Tustin had served as research director in financial services at Colmar Brunton and senior account director at Kantar responsible for Westpac Banking Group’s brand and advertising tracking.

Other roles held by Tustin include insight leader at GE Capital Australia and New Zealand, and as a consultant worked with Keypath Education, LaunchVic, LiveHire and Research for Good.

Haydn Northover has also joined Ipsos as service line leader, creative excellence, and will be based in Melbourne.

Northover will lead Ipsos’ creative excellence team and support clients in using the company’s creative development, assessment and in-market services.

Over a more than 20-year career, Northover has worked as senior director at Kantar and as divisional manager – insights at Gemba.

Other roles include director, consumer neuroscience at Nielsen and research associate at Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science, as well as a lecturer at University of New South Wales.
