Ipsos UU makes Censydiam president head of qual insight

UK/US — Sue Phillips, the UK-based president of Ipsos Censydiam, has been appointed global head of insight for Ipsos UU, the group’s qualitative arm.

Phillips has led the brand research tools division since 2009, back when it was part of Synovate – prior to the 2011 merger with Ipsos.

In her new role she will continue to lead the qualitative branch of Censydiam, but will also be responsible for working with Ipsos’s qualitative teams to develop strategies for helping clients “activate” insights through initiatives such as Activation Workshops.

She will be replaced as Censydiam president by Jerry Forristal, who was previously senior vice-president and head of client interaction for Ipsos.
