US— Former ORC International man Warren Frankel has been appointed president of survey management and data collection firm Ipsos Observer for North America.
Frankel (pictured) will oversee teams across North America forging stronger relationships with clients.
He spent nearly 20 years at ORC, rising from junior research assistant in the early 1990s to senior vice president and director of the firm’s US operation by the time he left.
David Shanker, global CEO at Ipsos Observer, said: “Warren Frankel brings a wealth of research experience to the table, and has the expertise, energy and drive to help us deliver on research excellence with our clients across North America.”
