US – Ipsos has appointed Jacob George as executive vice-president and leader of its US automotive quality business as part of its transformation to a professional services firm.
George (pictured) has more than three decades of experience and was most recently vice-president and general manager of JD Power Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for the research and consulting business in the region. He also has client-side experience working at General Motors.
In this role he will drive the Quality Measurement and Improvement system that Ipsos has created for the US and global automotive markets.
Frank Forkin, president of Ipsos RDA, said: “Jacob’s deep global background in quality measurement and improvement sets Ipsos up well to serve our clients and to help them understand consumers, and position themselves for success.”
