US— Mark Greene and Dolores Forget have joined Ipsos Loyalty’s new mystery shopping division as vice president and director respectively.
Both join the firm from TNS, where Greene held various senior roles in the mystery shopping and retail divisions and Forget was a senior project director in the mystery shopping and custom reasearch arms. The duo each have more than 20 years’ experience in the industry and Forget has also worked on the clientside for Capozzi & Petersen.
Ipsos Loyalty’s US president, Matt McNerney, said: “We’re extremely fortunate and excited to welcome Mark and Dolores on board to implement their breadth of expertise in mystery shopper research. Their extensive capabilities and knowledge in this field will provide greater insight into the shopping and retail experience that customers receive from our clients.”
