Ipsos India launches resource group for women
The initiative, called EmpowHER, is a dedicated resource group to support women through different life stages and career transitions, both personally and professionally.
Engagement activities include creating peer groups and communities based on shared interests, leadership engagement sessions, introducing themes for targeted discussions and activities, and creating platforms for leadership-led and employee-driven interactions.
Sanskrati Pathak Sail (pictured), human resources India lead at Ipsos, said: “At Ipsos, women represent 40% of our workforce — bringing with them a wealth of diverse experiences, perspectives and strengths.
“With EmpowHER, our goal is to foster an inclusive, empowering space where women feel truly heard, supported and inspired to grow. It’s about building a strong community through connection, development, and shared purpose.”
Amit Adarkar, chief executive at Ipsos India, added: “Our leadership team today has more women than men, and we see this as an incredible opportunity. These accomplished leaders, who have balanced personal and professional responsibilities while climbing the ladder, are perfectly positioned to mentor and inspire others.
“Through EmpowHER, we aim to democratise access to leadership insights and accelerate the professional journeys of women across all levels.”
