Ipsos hires three senior staff

FRANCE/UK – Ipsos has hired Valerie Vezinhet as chief people officer and Michel Guidi as chief operating officer in its senior team and promoted Melissa Moodley to managing director of healthcare in the UK.

Moodley (pictured) has spent more than 16 years at Ipsos, most recently as senior director in its healthcare business.

Kelly Beaver, chief executive at Ipsos UK, said: “I couldn’t be happier to announce Melissa’s appointment to my senior team in the UK.

“With her levels of experience and knowledge, we are in in a strong position to ensure our healthcare business is set to thrive.”

Vezinhet will lead global people strategy, working closely with Ipsos’ chief executive and executive committee to support the firm’s 2025 growth plan, as well as leadership development and behaviours, employee experience and HR.

Before taking up her new role, Vezinhet was head of human capital France and Francophone Africa at PWC from 2017.

Vezinhet has also worked as HR leader in France and then Northern Europe at SAP and helped set up Accenture’s joint venture with Microsoft, Avanade.

Guidi will oversee Ipsos’s technology platform, operations, data collection and IT as chief operating officer, as well as digital strategy.

Before joining Ipsos, Guidi spent 17 years as Dynata’s managing director international, as well as working on other areas of operations, product and innovation.
