In his new role, Wong-Chi-Man will report to Liz Landy, global head of audience measurement at Ipsos.

Ipsos has recently acquired big data audience measurement firm Fistnet and out-of-home advertising business MGE Data, and also launched its UK online audience measurement standard Ipsos Iris.

Landy said: “Dan is a proven marketer and business leader. His knowledge of audiences in the media industry will prove invaluable.”
