FRANCE — Ipsos has appointed Mary Dupont-Madinier as a director of the company. She replaces Wladimir Mollof, who has resigned, for the remainder of his mandate running to 31 December 2015.
Dumont-Madinier (pictured), 57, is currently a partner in Valtus Transition, a company specialising in interim executive management. She is a former commercial director of Thalès and was a VP at Cable & Wireless in London and EDS/Hewlett Packard in Chicago.
Ipsos says the appointment of Dupont-Madinier brings greater diversity to the board of directors and her co-option as a director of the company will be submitted for the approval of the next general meeting of shareholders, saying “the rich variety of her skills and the international nature of her career, our new Director will bring extra added value to the board’s considerations.”
