iProspect makes senior team changes
Bardega (pictured, right) will move from his current role as CEO of iProspect UK and Ireland to president, EMEA in March. He will be responsible for the growth and development of the business across the region, which consists of 53 offices and more than 2,200 staff.
He takes over from Mark Fagan, who moves from the role of president EMEA and business operations into the new role of global business operations focusing on operational excellence, automation and product consistency.
Swayne (pictured, centre), managing director of iProspect London, is promoted to CEO of the London business with immediate effect. He will oversee the London and Stafford offices which comprises 400 performance marketing specialists.
Ruth Stubbs (pictured, left), global president for iProspect, said: “Since joining iProspect just over two years ago, Stefan has transformed the UK business, bringing in a new leadership team, an innovative client-centric structure, accelerated our data and technology capabilities, all while nurturing an enviable agency culture.”
