Insight Enterprises buys Amdaris
Through the acquisition, US-headquartered Insight adds Amdaris’ software development, application support, managed services and consultancy services.
Insight said the deal would boost its services in areas including data analytics, AI practices and applications.
Amdaris is based in the UK and has service delivery centres in eastern Europe. The company employs around 800 people.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Joyce Mullen, president and chief executive, Insight, said: “With the addition of Amdaris, Insight will scale, enhance its technological capabilities and deliver a broader range of services and solutions to clients in EMEA.”
Andy Rogers, co-chief executive, Amdaris, said: “By joining forces, we look forward to leveraging Insight’s global expertise and delivery network, particularly its global managed cloud service and leading knowledge of modern data warehouses and generative AI. Its expansive partnerships and accreditations will help our existing clients think more ambitiously about their transformation goals.”
