UK – Research consultancy Incite, part of Kin + Carta, has restructured its offer into three core practices – research, planning and strategy.
The consultancy previously announced its plan to split into three practices focusing on the needs of insight buyers, marketing and brand directors, and executive/investor professionals.
The restructure is rolling out this month. Incite director Stefan Schafer will lead the research practice.
The company’s deputy managing director Pranay Jeyachandran will lead the planning practice, while the strategy practice will be headed by director Helene Mills.
Global managing director Peter Kneale (pictured), who took on the wider global remit in February, is leading the restructure, working alongside US managing director Kevin Waters to bring the three practices to market for North American clients.
Kneale said: “Each practice brings a focus and awareness of the different pain points of its specific clients, but each can also call on the expertise of the other practices when our briefs demand it.
“What all three practices are united by is Incite’s belief that human understanding is the key to unlocking opportunities. Our practice leads are clear in their mission to deliver the biggest impact for our clients.”
