UK — Market research consultancy Incite has announced that its new Shanghai office will be led by Jason Spencer, the current China managing director of Millward Brown.
Spencer (pictured) will assume the role from 1 February 2015 and will be responsible for growing a consulting team to service Incite’s local and international clients.
Spencer is a Mandarin speaker and has 14 years’ experience in Shanghai. During his 12-year stint at Millward Brown its local business has grown fourfold.
Matthew Froggatt, head of Incite globally, said: “Jason’s local market knowledge and hands-on experience of serving Chinese clients will be invaluable to building our presence in a region.”
The Shanghai office is the latest part of Incite’s expansion which has seen it open offices in both New York and Singapore in the past two years.
