Impact adds partnerships senior role

US – Global partnership automation firm, Impact, has appointed Michael Head to the newly created role of chief partnerships officer.

Head has been promoted to the role having previously been general manager of the Impact Partnership Cloud™. He will be responsible for growing client partnerships, establishing new company partnerships and the overall satisfaction, retention and growth of customers. He will report to CEO David Yovanno. 

In addition, Impact has appointed Rob Perdue, former chief operating officer and board member of The Trade Desk, to Impact’s board of directors. 

Head and Perdue’s appointments follow the company setting up the partnership automation category, as well as announcing a $75m round of funding to support the growth of its partnership cloud platform.

Yovanno said: “For Impact to continue to champion the emerging partnership economy, it requires the dedicated attention of dynamic executives with sales leadership, business development leadership and industry experience.

“Mike has grown our company’s sales organisation originally from a team of five, to over 60 worldwide and led breakthrough company initiatives that have helped to establish us as a respected market leader.”
