US— Business information agency IHS has completed its acquisition of electronics industry analyst iSuppli Corporation for approximately $95m.
The deal, which was announced at the beginning of the month, includes digital media and technology research agency Screen Digest – which was bought by iSuppli in June.
IHS chief executive officer Jerre Stead (pictured) said: “Taking advantage of existing IHS expertise, the addition of iSuppli and Screen Digest will help us develop new products and services for a variety of the vertical markets we serve.”
