IFF Research makes raft of promotions
The promotions follow the launch of a new career framework earlier in the year, and the company said it has grown significantly in the last financial year.
The company has promoted Maya Agur (pictured) to research director. Agur is a qualitative researcher specialising in theory-based evaluation approaches and evaluations of large and complex interventions, and has worked at IFF for around a year. With 20 years’ experience in social research, she specialises in education policy, in particular early years and SEND.
In other senior promotions, Nicola Wildash, Sam Selner, Sophie Elliott, Christa Downing have been promoted to director, while Yasmin White becomes associate director.
Jan Shury, managing director, said, “We're really proud of our development pathway that has seen so many of our team develop through the ranks from junior researchers to research directors. We put a strong emphasis on how we nurture and retain talent and it’s great to see 16 of our team get the recognition they deserve. Many congratulations to all our promotees, and sincere thanks for their ongoing efforts.”
