UK— Former COI engagement consultant Tom Wormald has been appointed research director at ICM, where he will focus on building the firm’s community and panel based activities.
Wormald spent four years at the Central Office of Information where he served as a strategic analyst before being given the role of engagement consultant, where he helped clients involve citizens and stakeholders to improve policymaking.
Before working at the COI Wormald was at Opinion Leader, where he worked on both the qual and quant sides of the business.
ICM director James Turner said: “Tom is a senior hire that gives ICM a different viewpoint that complements our sector experts. He’ll make a huge difference to the service we can offer our clients. He joins our management board and his unrivalled understanding of human interactions will help develop our proposition within communities and panels.”
