ICM launches financial adviser panel

UK— ICM Research has launched a new panel made up of IFAs, financial advisers and paraplanners to give customers access to specialised advisers.

The Advisor Panel currently numbers 300 advisers, but the firm said that it expands to grow numbers over the coming months.

ICM is primarily offering access to the panel via the internet, but a telephone version is also on offer and the firm said that when customers use the latter versions, panel members have been given the ability to donate their £1-per-minute fees to charity.

The database behind the panel was supplied by IFA Promotion, which runs a website promoting the benefits of independent financial advice to consumers and businesses, which ICM said ensures that the panel is “totally up to date”.

ICM project director Richard Bussy (pictured) said: “The Advisor Panel is a well thought-through initiative which pays participants well for their time and gives them an additional incentive to become involved through the charity scheme.”
