UK/NORWAY - Data collection firm ICM Direct has signed a new three-year deal with Confirmit to extend its use of the company’s software.
ICM Direct, which is part of the Creston marketing communications group, said the Confirmit platform will help it to weave together data from disparate sources, and to power real-time dashboards for its clients.
The company has already been working with Oslo-based Confirmit’s software for some time, but will now be making it available to all staff as the main tool for all data collection.
Managing partner Neil Sykes (pictured) said: “We conduct large-scale online and telephone surveys, and need to integrate the research data we collect with a wealth of attitudinal, behavioural and demographic data. Confirmit Horizons provides the comprehensive yet user-friendly platform that allows us to use this integrated approach, and ultimately deliver detailed, holistic business insight to our clients.”
Confirmit’s executive vice president Tim Hannington said he was “delighted” to continue the relationship with ICM Direct, which would not only help speed up reporting times, “but also deliver much faster and clearer insight”.
