ICM appoints head of analytics and two research directors

UK— ICM Research has appointed Tom Bailey as its new head of analytics and Ruth Moyer and Matt Draper as research directors.

Bailey joins from Synovate but he has also worked for Research International. Over the course of his career his work has spanned the public sector, FMCG, financial, technology and healthcare sectors.

Quant specialist Moyer has spent 17 years in the industry with spells at Millward Brown and Research International. She will work within ICM’s technology team. Draper, meanwhile, is a former MarketTools research director and also served as a board director at Total Research (now Harris Interactive).

ICM chairman Justin Sampson said: “Building our proposition is a continual process as client requests become more sophisticated and new techniques become available to answer these questions. Specialists like Tom, Ruth and Matt bring client projects to life and are at the top of their respective fields.”
