Human8 builds digital twins

GLOBAL – Marketing insight consultancy Human8 has launched digital twins to help organisations test ideas and understand consumer expectations.

Annelies Verhaeghe

The tool, called Twin Communities, creates AI-supported representations of consumers that organisations can interact with to help inform business decisions.

The twins are based on data from conversations with real people and aim to reflect the way consumers think and make decisions.

Twin Communities is already in use with fast-moving consumer goods clients and is being piloted across financial services, automotive and healthcare.

Areas in which the tool is anticipated to have impact include innovation, brand communications, customer experience and support with long-term strategy.

Annelies Verhaeghe (pictured), chief innovation officer at Human8, said: “Too often, AI gives people answers without enough context. We set out to change that.

“We believe transparency is essential if organisations want to use AI with confidence.”
