Alexandra Petrache has also joined HRW Shift as a behavioural science analyst, having recently completed a PhD in neuroscience at University College London.
She will be based at HRW’s headquarters in Oxford.
Katy Irving, global head of behavioural science at HRW Shift, said: “After a long hiring process and several exceptional candidates, we’re delighted to have selected Jeremy and Alexandra to join the HRW Shift team.
