HeyMarvin launches agentic AI tool

The tool, called Agentic Ask AI, uses AI agents to break down research questions, cross-validate findings and find evidence-backed insights from customer data points held by company knowledge repositories.
The tool includes specific agents tasked with discovery, analysis, validation, citation and synthesis respectively, and can work across qualitative and quantitative research projects and analyse video, audio, documents, spreadsheets and support tickets, including multi-speaker conversations.
Prayag Narula, chief executive and co-founder of HeyMarvin, said: “One of the biggest challenges in AI today is that it can miss important context or overlook key details buried in your data.
“We designed our agents to operate like a team of researchers reviewing each other’s work.”
