UK – Data and digital agency Havas Helia has hired Russell Marsh as its chief data officer.
Marsh (pictured) was previously global chief data officer for IPG Mediabrands where he had worked for the past 18 months.
Prior to joining IPG Mediabrands in 2014, Marsh held a number of roles at Rapp, including group strategy director.
He replaces Ben Silcox who has moved to digital creative agency, AnalogFolk, as chief data officer.
