Havas bumps Creston shareholding to 6%

UK— Havas has increased its holdings in marketing services group Creston to 6%, according to an after-hours regulatory filing yesterday.

The French advertising group now owns 3.7m shares in Creston, the owner of research agencies ICM and Marketing Sciences and communications firms Nelson Bostock and Tullo Marshall Warren.

On Friday, Havas informed the London Stock Exchange that it had acquired 5% of Creston’s shares.
