US/UK— Synovate has promoted two regional bosses to global leadership roles for its brand and communications and customer experience practices.
Jon Harper, previously head of brand equity in the brand and comms practice in the UK, will now lead the practice globally, while John Carroll, previously senior vice president of customer experience in the US, takes global charge of that practice.
Both joined the company in 2004, with Harper joining from Research International and Carroll having formerly worked at McKinsey & Company and Deloitte.
Ged Parton, Synovate’s CEO of capabilities, said: “These roles are part of Synovate’s investment in further developing these leading and proven specialist research areas and I am sure that, under their guidance, these global practices will continue to grow and thrive.”
