FRANCE — UK-based SPA Future Thinking has bought out its French joint venture partner Groupe Acticall to take full ownership of Future Thinking France.
Future Thinking France will continue to be headed up by president Stéphane Marder under the new ownership structure. In a statement, SPA Future Thinking said the French business had experienced “strong trading” in 2013, with revenue growing by 62% – although financial figures weren’t disclosed.
Marder (pictured) has lead the business since it launched in partnership with Groupe Acticall, a CRM specialist, in late 2012. He was previously managing director of LH2.
Commenting on the buyout, he said: “We’re very much looking forward to developing a stronger working relationship with SPA Future Thinking’s management team as we continue to grow, both as a company and within the market.”
