UK — Employee and customer engagement solutions provider, Grass Roots, has made two new appointments to grow its customer engagement team and bolster client management.
Victoria Strutt (pictured) joins as client partner, having previously worked at Tullo Marshall Warren, most recently with responsibility for managing the customer programmes for HSBC and Wealth Management.
Chris Lewis also joins as client partner, looking after telecoms clients. Lewis is an experienced customer engagement specialist, having held previous roles at RLA Group, Crayon and OgilvyOne. He joins from The Global Insight Group where he was responsible for customer engagement programmes including solutions for Domino’s and Arriva.
Alongside the client management work, Rafe Hyatt joins the business development team from ChannelAdvisor supporting pipeline acquisition and Natalie Beecroft fills the marketing manager role for the division, bringing B2B technology marketing experience having previously worked at Microsoft, RedPrairie and JDA.
The Grass Roots Group was founded in the UK in 1980, and now has offices in 15 locations throughout the world.
