Grail Insights acquires ConStat

US – Strategic insights consultancy Grail Insights has bought business tech research firm, ConStat, for an undisclosed amount.

Founded in 1987 and based in Oakland, California, ConStat specialises in business technology and by joining Grail Insights it will help the business focus on B2B and tech companies using insights.

Grail Insights CEO, Rob Stone, said: “ConStat blends unparalleled tech industry expertise with ninja-level primary research skills. It deepens our ability to drive business decision-making through superior industry-expert insights. We’re thrilled to welcome the team and provide more robust offerings to both ConStat and Grail’s tech clientele.”

ConStat’s managing director, Bill Deaton, added: “This is a perfect opportunity for us to take our carefully refined and focused business to the next level. Grail has a deep bench of consultants, data scientists, and information architects – which will enable us to offer broader secondary research and operational analytics services to our clients.”

With the addition of ConStat, Grail Insights has approximately 300 employees located across 20 cities worldwide.
