GERMANY— GIM, a qualitative research group, has reported 2010 turnover of €18m (£15.3m) in its German, French and Swiss businesses, up 11.8% on the year before.

Growth in Germany alone was 20%, far ahead of the industry growth rate of 3.3%, as reported by the trade publication Context.

The company credited its success to a continuing expansion of its offer in areas such as brand research for the automotive industry and future research – described as “the generation of future insights for product development programmes and to support corporate strategy processes”.

GIM is headed by managing directors Wilhelm Kampik and Stephan Teuber.
