GfK hires account director for Amazon
Bhaumik (pictured) was most recently head of advanced TV/data partnerships at MRI-Simmons, a subsidiary of GfK, where he focused on renewing and acquiring data agreements.
In addition, Bhaumik has also held senior business development roles at Samba TV, TubeMogul (which became part of Adobe in 2016 ) and Visible Measures.
Other roles include sales specialist at Mircosoft between 2008 and 2011, and co-founder and head of business development at mobile video technology and phone-motion sensor data firm Velocity.
Bhaumik currently lives in Brooklyn, New York, and will be based in GfK’s Manhattan office.
