Futurum acquires Dash Network

US – Research, advisory and media company The Futurum Group has acquired customer and employee experience firm Dash Network for an undisclosed amount.

In a blog by Clint Wheelock, managing director at Dash Network, said the company would continue to operate under its Dash Network and Dash Research brands post-acquisition.

The deal will provide more resources for Dash Network’s future expansion, Wheelock wrote, as well as expanding the business’ focus to enterprise software, including software-as-a-service and artificial intelligence.

Wheelock and fellow managing director Jonathan Keller will continue to lead Dash, and the entire staff at the company will also remain for the move to Futurum.

Futurum is headquartered in Austin, US, and focuses on technology research and its advisory business through its brands Futurum Research, Wainhouse Research and Evaluator Group. 

Dash Network is a business-to-business research, events and digital news media platform focused on the global customer experience market.

Wheelock wrote: “We see this combination as an extraordinary opportunity to leverage an expanded market presence and set of capabilities to enhance the content for our readers, strengthen the level of service provided to our clients, increase the depth and insight provided by our editorial and research content and broaden the scope of our industry coverage.”
