UK – Future Thinking’s Adele Gritten has taken sole charge as UK managing director amid a client team restructure at the agency.
The agency has split its client teams into commercial delivery and client servicing.
Gritten (pictured) has been with the business since early 2016 and previously served as joint managing director alongside Claudia Strauss, who left the company in September.
The company has said the changes are part of a plan to move towards a polymathic, data-centric approach, as well as developing talent and expertise.
As part of the restructure, senior research director Stephanie Shaarwi and head of strategic qualitative research Anna Appleford will head up the London and Oxford offices respectively, in addition to their existing roles. Their new responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives across the UK business.
Gritten said the new structure would allow for improved "communication, collaboration and coordination" across the group, allowing the agency to be more responsive to its clients.
