UK— Melanie Howard has been appointed to the newly created role of director of insight at branding consultancy The Communications Agency.
Howard (pictured) founded the Future Foundation and will be responsible for providing clients with strategic insight on consumer behaviour, thoughts and attitudes in her new role.
In December last year, Howard was involved in a management buyout at the Future Foundation and was given the role of executive chair as a result.
